About 3 weeks ago small Paul took an interest in bike riding. A few of our friends Shane, Daniel and Mark ride. They participate in Triathlons and really enjoy biking. I think this is what influenced Paul to start riding. He has been riding his dad's mountain bike....well....his dad told him to train and when he could ride 18 miles in 1 hour he would buy him a road bike. Sure enough it took small Paul about 1 1/2 weeks to meet his goal...So as promised his dad bought him a road bike. I have posted some pictures of the assembly...lets just say you might be a redneck if you assemble your bike in the middle of the living room floor...lol
Paul went on his first long ride today. He and Daniel rode for 36 miles. They averaged 17 miles per hour. Not bad for the first ride out on his new bike!!!
